1

Trim your brussels sprouts and remove any dead leaves. Wash if need be and add them to a microwave-safe bowl.

2

Add the water to the bowl and microwave for 4 minutes. You can also steam using the stove if you prefer!

3

Carefully strain the water from the bowl and gently toss the brussels sprouts with oil.

4

Put the brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket and smash them thinly with a cup (I used a mason jar).

5

Add the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper after smashing, then lightly drizzle with more oil.

6

Without preheating, air fry at 400° for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway through. Keep an eye on it after 6 minutes since air fryers vary so much in cook time!

7

Quickly remove the brussels sprouts from the air fryer, add them to your serving dish, and drizzle with a bit of sriracha and honey. Enjoy!

Dipping Sauce
8

Mix together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey, and paprika. Serve with the Brussels Sprouts!
