The Ingredients
- Water
- Pre-cooked, Frozen Meatballs – I used beef, but any meat/flavor should be fine!
- Chili Sauce– find it next to the Ketchup in the grocery store.
- Grape Jelly
The Process
1. Add Ingredients
Add the water, meatballs, chili sauce, and grape jelly to the Instant Pot in that order. Don’t stir!

2. Pressure Cook and Release
Pressure cook for 5 minutes, when it’s done you can quick-release!

3. Stir and Enjoy!
When all of the pressure has been released, open the lid and give it a stir. That’s it!!! (P.S. Make sure to set it to “keep warm” if you’re serving them potluck style in the Instant Pot!)

FAQ
What can I substitute for the chili sauce?
If you don’t have chili sauce, try substituting it with a mixture of ketchup and sriracha. I’ve also heard that it’s yummy to substitute the chili sauce for bbq sauce!
Since you add water, does it need to be thickened at the end?
Nope! The consistency is perfect without needing to reduce or add a thickening agent after pressure cooking, almost TOO easy.
Are these Instant Pot Grape Jelly Meatballs spicy?
I don’t find this dish spicy at all, just flavorful. It’s great for adults and kids!
Can I freeze the leftovers?
Yes! I like to add these Instant Pot Grape Jelly Meatballs to Souper Cubes.
What size Instant Pot did you use to make this recipe?
I used a 6-quart Duo Plus Instant Pot.
